{Casual} Leather and Stripes

Leather and Stripes1

What a beautiful Saturday! On a sunny day like today there is no better thing to do than strolling around town with a girlfriend, shopping and enjoying coffee outside in the sun. For this occasion I wore a rather classic look with basic staples: faux leather skinnies, striped sweater and a blazer vest.  And, of course, I wore flats along with it for walking.

{Weekend} Pleated

Black and White1

Pleated skirts always remind me of ballet. Maybe it’s the delicate structure, its flowyness – I can’t really say. What I can say is that I like wearing them as they are easy to wear. This weekend I paired a black pleated skirt with a simple white tee and mules and I added a silver statement necklace for some glam. I call this look “casual chic”.

{Work} Summer at Work

When the days get real hot it can be quite a challenge to dress for work. You can fight the cold with different layers but you cannot go to the office in a Bikini when temperatures rise above 30 degrees Celsius. In many Offices it is also inappropriate to wear sleeveless tops and too short skirts. In my opinion, it has to be a good mix. This outfit is one version of a sleeveless summer look – mixed with a classic pencil skirt and heels.

Top – H&M, Skirt – Primark (old, also works with this or this), Shoes – Asos, Bag – Chloe, Watch – Michael Kors
